Booking & Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.
Surcharges: A surcharge of $100 applies to all bookings scheduled on Public Holidays.
Venue Policies
Food & Drink: No external food or drink is permitted within the venue, with the exception of one birthday cake.
Decorations: Balloons, decorations, table cloths, smash cakes, piñatas, confetti, glitter or sparklers are among the items not allowed.
Large Parties: Party packages have seating capacities. If you intend on inviting more guests, please contact us to discuss a 2nd room or other options. Please note this may not be available if not booked at the time of original booking. Email/call us for assistance on booking a second room (Available for Monkey Mania Parties Only).
